1. Information We Collect
We collect information to provide a better service to our users. This includes:
- Account Information: When you register (via Firebase Auth or Google Sign-In), we store your email address and unique user identifier.
- Workspace Data: We store your brand profiles (brand name, tone, website URL, and preferred platforms) which are kept private to your account.
- Source Materials: When you create a job, we temporarily process your uploaded video file or article to run the generation.
- Usage & Billing Data: We process usage metrics (number of jobs generated) to enforce tier limits. Financial transaction details are handled entirely by Apple; we do not collect or store credit card information.
2. How We Use Information
We use the collected information for the following purposes:
- To authenticate your identity and display your workspace.
- To run content analysis and generate social media text using third-party AI APIs (such as Google Gemini API).
- To monitor and enforce subscription tiers and limits.
- To maintain, protect, and improve the stability and performance of our services.
3. Data Sharing & Third-Party Services
We do not share your private account data or brand settings with third-party marketers. We securely transmit content to:
- Firebase / Google Cloud: For hosting, database storage, and secure authentication.
- Google AI / Gemini API: For AI-driven content analysis and copy generation.
4. Data Control and Deletion
You have full control over the data stored in your workspace. You can edit or delete brand profiles at any time inside the iOS app. If you delete a brand or job, it is permanently deleted from our primary database storage. To request complete account deletion, contact support.
5. Security
We employ administrative, physical, and technical measures designed to protect your information from unauthorized access, loss, or theft. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure.
6. Children's Privacy
Our services are not directed to individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
